Goals and Objectives
Our goal is to help young learners build strong language, literacy, communication, and social-emotional skills through an engaging supplemental curriculum that combines American Sign Language, music, movement, phonics, vocabulary, writing, and visual learning.
Multimodal Learning
We use American Sign Language, music, movement, visual supports, phonics, and writing activities to make learning active, meaningful, and easier to understand. This approach gives students multiple ways to participate, practice, and show what they know.
Early Literacy and Language Development
Our supplemental curriculum strengthens letter recognition, phonemic awareness, vocabulary, early writing, and reading comprehension. Lessons are designed to support classroom instruction and help students build a strong foundation for future learning.
Social Emotional Learning
Students practice communication, self-expression, cooperation, confidence, and respect through structured songs, signs, movement, and group activities. These experiences help children develop positive relationships and participate successfully in the classroom.
Inclusive Learning Community
We create learning experiences in which hearing students, Deaf and Hard of Hearing students, English Language Learners, and students who benefit from non-traditional instruction can feel included, valued, and supported.
Family and School Partnerships
We encourage families, educators, and school communities to work together to reinforce learning. Easy-to-use activities and shared vocabulary help children practice important skills at school, at home, and in after-school programs.
Professional Development for Educators
We provide practical training that helps educators confidently use the supplemental curriculum in their classrooms. Teachers learn how to integrate ASL, music, movement, literacy, and visual strategies into existing instruction without adding unnecessary workload.
